Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of Quovira One ("the service"), provided by Anil J ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you register.

1. The service

Quovira One is online software for running a business: billing, purchases, stock, payments, accounts, GST and TDS records, and an AI assistant. It is provided over the internet; nothing is installed or shipped.

2. Accounts

  • You must give correct details for yourself and your business, and keep your sign-in details secret.
  • The person who sets up a business is its Owner and decides who else may use it and with which role.
  • You are responsible for what is done under your account and your business's accounts.

3. Plans and payment

  • Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Plans are paid in advance for the period chosen and do not renew automatically.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
  • GST is charged as shown at checkout and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.
  • When a plan ends it keeps working for 7 days; after that, features that depend on the plan (such as included AI credits) stop until it is renewed. Your data is not deleted because a plan ended.
  • We may change prices for future periods with notice on the pricing page; a period already paid for is not affected.
  • Refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.

4. Your data

  • The business data you enter (customers, invoices, stock, accounts and so on) belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
  • You can export your accounts data at any time from the service.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Quovira One helps prepare invoices, GST, TDS and accounting records, but you remain responsible for checking them and for your filings, payments and compliance with the law. Have important figures checked by your accountant.
  • AI answers and AI-read documents can be wrong. Check them before relying on them.
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, to break or overload it, or to access other businesses' data.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or outages of the services we rely on. We may improve or change features over time.

7. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or penalties arising from your filings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice where possible.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts where Anil J has its registered office.
