Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Anil J collects when you use Quovira One, why, and the choices you have. It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, mobile number and sign-in information.
  • Business details you enter: business name, address, GSTIN, and records such as customers, suppliers, invoices, payments and stock.
  • Payment details: the payment reference and amount from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not by us.
  • Usage information: pages used, errors and AI credits used, to run and improve the service.

How we use it

  • To provide the service, keep your business's data separate from other businesses, and keep it secure.
  • To bill you and issue GST invoices.
  • To answer support requests and send messages about your account (for example a plan ending).
  • When you use AI features, the question or document is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. It is not used to advertise to you.

We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run parts of Quovira One for us: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Razorpay) and AI processing. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Each business can see only its own records, and each person only what their role allows. Payments are handled by Razorpay.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is in use and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting laws require records to be kept. You can ask us to delete your personal data when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You can see and correct your details in the service, export your business records, and ask us for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in.
